St George Date Ideas #1: A Sunset Ride For Ice Cream Through Snow Canyon

The first in our new series of ebike date ideas!

We were recently inspired to start this series thanks to a Google review that caught our eye. One of our riders wrote:

To be honest, we’d never really thought of our bikes as part of a romantic evening—but now we can't unsee it. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of the date from that review—consider it your own ready-made romantic evening:

🗓️ Step 1: Book a Night Ride

Reserve your ebikes ahead of time for an evening ride. Our Night Rides give you plenty of time to cruise comfortably before and after sunset.

🚲 Step 2: Pick Up Your Bikes

Our rental process is contactless and easy. Just show up, unlock your bikes, and you’re on your way—no fuss, no wait.

🌄 Step 3: Ride Up to Snow Canyon

Start your ride heading north toward the main entrance of Snow Canyon State Park. This stretch is smooth, beautiful, and gets even better as the sun starts to dip.

📍 Step 4: Stop at the Overlook

About halfway in, pull over at the Snow Canyon Overlook. It’s a perfect spot to catch your breath, snap a photo, and watch the shadows stretch across the red rock.

After exiting the park, head down Snow Canyon Parkway to Digby’s Market. Inside, you’ll find an awesome ice cream parlor—ideal for a sweet treat before sunset. We are huge fans of Digby's!

Pack a small picnic (cheese and crackers, anyone?) and find a quiet spot along the canyon rim, or like these riders, had back into the park and find a bench! As the sun goes down and the colors shift across the cliffs, it’s the perfect setting to relax and just enjoy being together.
